Writing Tutor for 2 years in college at the college tutoring center 2 years professional experience as a technical / creative writer I've kept a daily journal since middle school. I write and read in my spare time. I love working with people and helping them understand the English language. I love teaching them how to read persuasive or pointed language, I enjoy showing them how to use the language as a tool of communication and persuasion. I had difficulty in high school writing essays, and I had teachers who could not, would not, did not explain how to write in a formal setting- essays, reports, persuasive articles, etc.- until I reached college. If I can help someone break through the wall of writing an essay or learning the language, I feel like I can give back to my community and help others overcome what I went through.
